North Shore is one of the oldest areas in Kamloops, BC. It is a big part of where it all began! The North Shore is full of multicultural history, where the community really came together, we always need to show a huge appreciation to the early pioneers. The North Shore borders along 12th Ave and Ord Road. Within those borders the North Shore runs all along the North Thompson River and the Thompson River. There are two bridges on either end of the area, the Halston which will connect you to the Yellowhead Highway and the Overlander Bridge which connects you too either downtown Kamloops or uptow ..read more

Lower Sahali is a key to the Kamloops heart. Blair and I own a rental property there, which is where we lived prior to Sun Rivers. Our Family began there, and we both think very highly of this area. Lower Sahali is on the South end of Kamloops, British Columbia. It is bordered by the West End, Downtown, and the Dufferin Area. Highway 1 separates Lower Sahali and Upper Sahali. I hope that gives you a better picture of how to locate the area. Sahali real estate is made up of many mature single-family homes, townhomes, and a couple of apartment buildings. One of my favorite areas is where some ho ..read more

Dufferin in Kamloops, BC amalgamated with the City of Kamloops in 1973. This area is a true gem of Kamloops, offering so many benefits. Let me tell you why. Dufferin is centrally located; you can literally get anywhere in Kamloops within 10-15 minutes. It is close to many larger big box stores such as Best Buy, Costco, Canadian Tire, Home Depot and Walmart which is rather convenient if you are a resident in the area. Aberdeen Mall – Kamloops’s largest shopping mall is also near this area. Fresh Street Market was just added to the mall in the last couple of years. My family and I love shopping ..read more
