Final thoughts on the universal USB hub and steering wheel adapter kit from Moza Racing. Out of the box, the universal hub looks professionally produced. I could find no defects in fitment or finish. This carries on to the hub adapter unit. The internal PCB also had the usual good component layout that looked to be easily serviceable if needed. This hub also has a USB c connector to allow you to add power to the hub when connecting several controllers at once. Similar to the powered hub solutions a lot of sim racers are using now. The installation of the hub adapter is pretty straight for ..read more

O-Rouge Cold Fusion Seat Review

Final thoughts on the Cold Fusion Sim Racing Seat from the guys at O-Rouge. The seat arrived well packaged and with no damage from the shipping process. The fit and finish of the seat material was good all around with no defects found. I use, I found the 5mm thick fiberglass shell to be every bit as stiff as my FIA certified Sparco seat. This results in the same firm support under driving conditions. I was expecting to be able to feel the fans in the seat cushions, but was pleasantly surprised that I did not. I believe this is the result of the large fan shroud that is attached to the fan’s fr ..read more

6 Sigma 6S-80 Cockpit Review

Final thoughts on the 6S-80 cockpit kit from the guys at 6 Sigma. This cockpit is constructed of 40/80 profile extrusion. It has the deep channel profile commonly found on China sourced profiles. The finish is black anodized. Out of the box, the profiles looked to be in good condition. All the required hardware and fasteners were present in my kit. So, no last minute trips to the local hardware store to source a missing piece. The hardware for assembling most of this cockpit are M8 steel bolts and a wide slot type of t-nut. I think that 6 Sigma has made the right choice here to ensure that the ..read more

MOZA R21 Wheelbase Review

Final thoughts on the R21 DD FFB Wheelbase from the guys at Moza Racing. This is the third Wheelbase I have tested and reviewed. Out of the box, the R21 looks just like the R16 that I have. Which is no surprise seeing that they have the exact same dimensions. Externally, the only thing different between them is the different labeling. Fit and finish is good here and stays consistent with what I have found with the previous Moza units tested. The R21 has 21Nm of peak torque. Which requires a more powerful power supply. The power supply shipping with the wheelbase is a 36 volt, 13.3amp unit. Ver ..read more

VNM Simulation Pedals Review
Sim Racing Garage

Final thoughts on the VNM Simulation 3 Pedal set. Out of the box, this set presents very well. I could find no defects in the fit or finish. The pedals are constructed from CNC aluminum and finished with black anodization. The plates are over 8mm thick on the sides, and 6mm thick most everywhere else. All pivot points are supported by sealed bearing units. All fasteners are stainless steel. The pedals have a good amount of adjustments. This should give the user enough range to dial in their preferred positions. The clutch and throttle angle sensors are of a contactless hall sensor design. Whic ..read more
