The Year’s iRacing Special Event Schedule COncludes at Suzuka. MAD Sim Racing grabs a podium. MAD Sim Racing Endurance wrapped up the year of iRacing Special Events with two GT3 entries in the 10HRS of Suzuka. Much like 2021, which saw a victory and podium, the team had its fewest cars competing of the season, but with no less resolve. For the first time in many months, MAD Sim Racing is pleased to announce the re-opening of team member recruitment. After a summer off, the MAD Sim Racing Road Challenge Series is set for a massive return on September 12, for a full 14 race season featuring continued multi-class racing. On tap for the fresh season is a Pro/Am/Club triple classification system; Pro drivers will pilot the LMP2 for the first time since Season 1 of the series, while Am/Club drivers will drive GT3 cars in the all-new iRacing class system. June 2022 marked the second year iRacing lacked an “Official” 24 Hour event at Le Mans, and the second year that the well known iRacing sanctioning body The Majors Series ran the Majors 24 at Le Mans. The event, in only a year, became massive.
