A cross between the addictive Hawaiian snack sweet and handheld sushi bake, these Spam Musubi Muffins are easy to make and are a delicious snack! Ingredients
1 can spam (we use salt reduced)
1/2 tub cream cheese (we use low fat)
1.5 cups of sushi rice
1/2 cup water
4 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 Spring onion, chopped for garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Spray oil, for cooking
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan forced. Cook rice as per instructions and set aside.
