The evening was really nice, the sky looked beautiful, and the weather was perfect. Everyone had a lot of fun finishing a great buckle series. The evening began with a touching devotion by Nita Chitwood. There were 12 riders who did things like opening gates, walking over logs and timbers, spinning a pole, trotting through a curtain of noodles, and carrying the Risen Ranch flag. These activities are not only fun but also help the riders and horses get better at handling everyday obstacles calmly. After registration everyone was in the arena for playing 6 square, volley ball, and competed in a ninja warrior obstacle course. Exciting weekend here at the church, where a "Top Hand" Clinic was held. Participants from all around came to learn ranch skills. Pastor Kye Rieff, and Pastor Coty Dowell, lead the class in the arena, where the participants learned life skills, they would need to work on a Ranch. More importantly they were taught, and shown, both in the arena, and out of the arena life skills, Christian values, and biblical lessons that they would need, to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
