June was a slow month for showings. We still had things go under contract, but you could feel the difference. I am starting to feel like we’re almost back to a normal market. The private listing network (PLN) is a behind-the-scenes MLS to which most homebuyers don’t have access. Let’s say that I have a home that’s not quite ready to go on the market.
