Meredith Clark’s book, Lyrebird, is out tomorrow, 10/27, through Platypus Press. A story in fragments, Lyrebird is the documentation of a miscarriage, the chronicle of the dissolution of a relationship, and a memoir of the discovery that it is possible to approach a thing with all the care in the world and still break it.
