Anticipation continues to build for the upcoming iFly Boeing 737 Max8 for Microsoft Flight Simulator as Flight1 have started to preview liveries on the twin-jet bird. After many previews over on their social media accounts, Drzewiecki Design has finally released Warsaw Chopin Airport (EPWA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. The Polish airport incorporates many features by the development team and it promises to be one of their most detailed yet. Warsaw Chopin Airport is Poland's largest and busiest airport, handling over 18 million passengers annually as of 2023. A few new previews from Burning Blue Design have been shared on their upcoming North Weald Airfield (EGSX) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. North Weald Airfield is located near Epping in Essex and was originally used as a base for the Royal Flying Corp. Following the war, it is now used for various purposes, including civilian aviation, as well as emergency services training. A new lick of virtual paint and modelling is coming to DC Designs' Concorde, as per new social posts shared by the development team. Over on social media, DC Designs has been previewing progress on the upcoming update for the Concorde that will feature an improved passenger cabin and cockpit thanks to remodelling and texture work. Developer Imaginesim has shared a new preview for its upcoming Dallas Fort Worth (KDFW) for Microsoft Flight Simulator. A single screenshot was shared by the team on social media highlighting the complex geometry of the terminal building at the airport. According to the team, they are going to move the inter-terminal and support structures soon, along with the airside service buildings. Parallel 42 has updated its 777 Immersion pack for Microsoft Flight Simulator to allow Captain Sim users to take full advantage of the new new effects that product brings with it. Originally released a few weeks ago, the 777 Immersion Pack offers new effects for those flying the Boeing 777 in the simulator. Such effects include wing condensation, tyre markings, and much more. Another French airport from FranceVFR is now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator. La Rochelle-Ile de Re Airport (LFBH) is located on the west coast of France. My first piece of flight sim hardware, interestingly enough, was not a flight stick or yoke. Nor was it a throttle, or pedals. In fact, my first piece of flight sim hard wasn't even necessarily flight simulation hardware.
