Literally only two ingredients for these spinach artichoke roll ups, unless you make your own spinach dip, and if so, would love a recipe
So simple!
All you need is the dip and crescent rolls.
Spoon some dip into the unrolled dough and roll back up! I sprayed them with avocado oil and air fried for 7minutes on 400°F. That’s it!
Delicious!

Unfortunately, I am a sucker for the chips and dip (I blame my husband for buying them!). Making an attempt to incorporate more fruits into my diet, I am always looking for a way to make my food more interesting. Queue the filling and delicious apple! Yes, I discovered the secret to curbing my hunger is an apple, some cinnamon, and my air fryer.
We used these delicious green apples, but any will do!
If you are looking for a quick and easy snack, these cinnamon ..read more

It’s been a long time since I’ve cooked chicken in my oven. Whether thighs or chicken breasts, they just come out so much better in the air fryer, and in less time! I have a few go-to recipes that are in the regular dinner rotation at my house. We are a honey mustard loving family.
For this recipe, store bought honey mustard certainly works, but I have really taken to making my own with just two ingredients- obviously honey and mustard (dijon, specifically Equal parts with a dash of ground white pepper.
For the chicken, I coated each tender in the honey mustard and coated in a ..read more

Chicken thighs have become a staple around here. So simple yet versatile! I was forever a chicken breast kinda girl and a bit afraid of thighs! Why??!! I am so happy I finally tried them. I definitely feel they are best in straight from the air fryer. Hot, crispy…so delicious!
Crisp chicken thighs served best right out of the air fryer.
Kept it simple with Flavor God’s lemon and garlic seasoning and a dash of paprika and salt and pepper. Sprayed the chicken lightly with olive oil spray, air fried on 385°F for 18 minutes. I flipped these about 10 minutes in. Voil ..read more
