I have been experimenting with DMAE. I've found it effective at increasing my focus and improving mood (and also seems to act as an appetite suppressant, which is a nice bonus). But the problem I've found is that I often seem to get headaches the day after (or even the day after that). Has anyone else experimented with DMAE?
