Loungefly is forcing Boxlunch and Hot Topic to impose a $2.99 surcharge per item on all preorder items online. This fee does not apply if you ship to store, but that no longer seems to be option for either stores these days whether the item is in stock or not. If you order 10 pins, this would amount to an additional surcharge fee of $29.90. The information for this story was obtained directly from the and BoxLunch customer service.
