This time, he’s convinced his members to authorize a strike in Louisiana while also threatening to strike in Houston. Earlier today, the Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF) and its “Imperfect Union” project sent an open letter to leaders of United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) Locals in Southern California highlighting their failure to adequately support rank-and-file members who face financial struggles related to the pandemic and record inflation.
