I’ve been working on a big project the last couple of weeks. We blew an engine in our boat, so had to haul it out of the water and get it to the crazy-busy shop that could do the swap. The scary part is that the engine had to come out of the window on the side of the boat, that’s the only opening that was big enough. Thankfully, it went great. We drove out to Willow for the official start of the Iditarod Sled Dog Race on Sunday. Our friends on Long Lake always throw an Iditarod start party, and we had a blast. The temperature warmed up nicely throughout the afternoon. It’s always fun to see these dogs that absolutely love to run! Way too many pictures as usual.
