Over the years, we’ve gotten used to the idea of Hennessy — the legendary cognac producer and the H of the beloved luxury conglomerate group LVMH — participating in collaborative launches with artists, musicians, and other pop culture note-worthies in order to release limited-edition bottles of the beloved spirit. This latest release with Kim Jones (of Dior and Fendi fame) goes beyond the bottle, pairing it with an exclusive pair of limited edition sneakers known as the HNY Low By Kim Jones.

A little over a year past the substantive rebrand of BOSS, celebrities, media, and brand loyalists alike waited with bated breath as they took their seats for the BOSS Spring/Summer Fashion Show at Miami’s Herald Plaza last night. Staged in dark and watery wonderland, what proceeded to stream down the runway was a dialled-in juxtaposition of the brand’s sharp tailoring, and the incorporation of fabrics and styles that embraced fluidity and movement. Adding to the excitement, this runway show was unveiled in a “see now, buy now” format, so what you see below is immediately available via BOSS’ e ..read more

‘Tis the season of stars dressed to the nines and this year’s Academy Awards did not disappoint. While Everything Everywhere All at Once swept the Oscars with no less than seven wins, the year’s best dressed men of the Oscars came from all corners of the industry. Much like what we saw in our recap of last year’s Met Gala, classic tuxes never go out of style, but stylists and designers clearly weren’t afraid to have a little fun with fits, proportions, and textures when putting together these champagne carpet-ready looks.

All anybody could talk about over the course of All Star Weekend in Salt Lake City, Utah, late this February was 6’2 G League point guard Mac McLung’s dazzling (and unexpected) victory at the slam dunk competition on Saturday night. During the day, however, all anybody could talk about was a spectacular installation in the middle of the NBA Crossover fan event at the city’s Salt Palace convention center downtown — namely, the huge, exclusive Canada Goose pop-up that saw A-list celebrities and basketball legends mingling with enthusiastic fans.
Canada Goose had every reason to be the talk of th ..read more

Louis Vuitton continues to deepen its ties with the art world, thanks to its new “White Canvas: LV Trainer in Residence” program, initiated by former Men’s Artistic Director Virgil Abloh and curated by Sky Gellatly, CEO and co-founder of ICNCLST.
Originally introduced by Abloh for his first collection at Louis Vuitton, Spring/Summer 2019, the LV Trainer has become one of Louis Vuitton’s most recognizable and sought-after pieces. The new program will see renowned artists use it as their canvas, reimagining the sneaker as a work of art, while shedding light on the creative processes of both the ..read more

Prada’s Linea Rossa FW22 collection is a capsule designed to elevate your winter wardrobe, whether whizzing down a mountain in St. Moritz or sipping cocktails at a chalet in Banff. Marrying Prada’s trademark minimalism with high-performance sportswear, the collection features everything you’ll need to hit the slopes in style, from windproof ski parkas to Gore-Tex mittens to boards and helmets co-designed with Burton. Beyond the modern silhouettes and technical features, however, Linea Rossa contains another element that makes it one of the most advanced ski collections around: recycled nylon ..read more

Sometimes, there’s no overarching theme to a clothing collection. And, sometimes, that’s a good thing. Case in point: Hermès Fall/Winter 2023-2024 collection, which was shown on Saturday, in Paris. To be fair, there are probably ways to make the collection about something — to make it mean something. But that would be a disservice to what the show was actually about: the clothes.
Elegant, refined, technical. All are adjectives one might use to describe Véronique Nichanian’s latest Hermès collection, but it’s perhaps the last one that feels most appropriate. Functional, asymmetrical zippers on ..read more

Kim Jones must have vacationed by the sea. Or perhaps he’s a fan of The Lighthouse. While either might explain the nautical theme of Dior’s Fall/Winter 2023-2024 collection, the melancholy felt drawn from the latter. So, too, was the reading of T.S. Eliot which was provided by Robert Pattinson — a Dior man, who delivered lines with the same energy and intonation as in The Lighthouse — and Gwendoline Christie, with the backing of a string ensemble, as models slowly walked the runway. Pattinson and Christie were but two of the vast sea of celebs in attendance at this memorable showing ..read more

After Pitti Uomo in Florence, the menswear circuit heads to Milan for a whirlwind three-day fashion weekend that features some of the biggest brands in the world.
Milan is different from Florence in almost every sense — different weather, different architecture, different food — and that carries over to the fashion, both among locals and outside of fashion shows. If the looks were more classic and toned down in Florence, there’s definitely been an infusion of colour in Milan, although still to a lesser extent than during previous seasons.
