When our longtime client’s daughter purchased her first home in Vista, California they called on us to turn the small, dirt-filled backyard into a Summertime haven. The builders left us with a pile of dirt and a fence line that would not be suitable for any privacy or a way to plan the design. So, with a little work with the foreman, we had the dirt leveled and the fence line brought up to a reasonable height. That gave us the foundation we needed to create a level space.
