What is UAT? We take our typical daily activities (like scheduling a client activity, medication management, or working a shift) and we use Compass to perform them. Why do we do UAT? This ensures we get as close to real life usage as we can, to make sure Compass does everything we need it to. We’ve started UAT! The next two months will be chock-a-block full of testing, workshops, and feedback. Than ..read more
