Hands On People (HOP),  began our journey in the Territory 3 years ago with a mission to support all people with disabilities and the elderly to lead an independent life, and to get connected to the community. We have moved from our previous office location in Coconut Grove to new office space at 2/35 Miles Road in Berrimah.
