I’ve hardly had any art up in my apartment since I moved in two and a half years ago. I decided early on that I didn’t want to just fill the walls with random stuff but instead wait until I found the perfect thing. That took a while but I found it right under my nose. I started taking morning walks many years ago after I moved into my second house. Back then I would take them in the woods. Nowadays in the city I walk around the nearby lake/canal. Is it too soon? I’m one of the people who gets excited about Christmas in July. When I worked in retail we started evaluating the previous Christmas in January which as a bit early but I do love Christmas A LOT. Last year I didn’t have a tree and gave the entire contents of my Christmas tree decor including stand and lights to my son and his girlfriend who got a tree of their own for the first time.
