Procrastination. We all know it’s the act of needlessly and voluntarily delaying the completion of a task or set of tasks. And as simple as it sounds to overcome with self-control, somehow it is a problem that keeps coming back. So why does this happen? First, let’s get a better understanding of the problem. 24 hours in a day but it’s still not enough to do everything we want to do. It’s a perpetual problem. We’re recommended 8 hours of sleep per night, so really it’s only 16 hours. However, there are a number of ways in which you can ..read more

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. It’s a cliched line; however, there’s an inherent truth that can be seen in this line that has enabled it to persist to this day. This concept can be applied to almost every aspect of our lives. Whatever the goal, the roadmap to getting there quickly and efficiently will often involve some level of planning. Even something as simple as grocery list is an application of this concept. Even if you don’t keep a physical list when you head to the shops, you’d have at least one or two things in mind. Go in and grab some bread and milk on the way home from work ..read more

But more often than not, we get to where we always wanted to go. From Point A to Point B. Whatever your desti ..read more

“Who are you?” You’d typically respond with your name, a standard reply with no need to share much more. But what if you were asking yourself that question? Is your name all that you are? There is surely more to you than just your name. Why do you need to ask yourself these questions at all? Think about it like this, all the things that you see, do, say – these are the things that make you who you are to everyone around you. But no one will know you better than yourself, there’s still what you think, feel, want – these are all things that no one but you will know, especially if you don’t openl ..read more

Without pulling out a wad of cash you can swipe, beep, send and spend money just like that. Spending has never been so easy. This progression towards a cashless society is convenient but at the same time, has become harder to track. This can take you into dangerous territory if it goes out of control. Every swipe of a card or click of a Check Out button adds up… Of course, you won’t necessarily be splurging, you might just be doing some ..read more
