Mother’s Day was really special this year. Not only were the Gut Performance Family altogether but we were Major Sponsors of Rachel and Emma Dillons Movewithus event held in the Gold Coast Convention Centre. The excitement was palpable as everyone was happy to be out and about again.

As we all are aware, COVID-19 is a respiratory disease. Luckily, most people who develop COVID-19 either have mild symptoms or no symptoms.
However, people are asking questions.
