In honor of National Donut Day, I wanted to put together a fun guide with all the donut shops I’ve been able to visit with my food allergies! Nut-free donuts can be hard to find, but despite my allergies, I’ve been able to safely enjoy donuts in a variety of locations, from my home state to famous travel destinations. Italy is one of the best destinations for a fun international summer trip and was the obvious choice for me and my two best friends to celebrate our college graduation! We spent 10 days in Italy and had an amazing time exploring the sites and sounds in Rome, Florence, and Siena. A fun city in Texas to visit, Dallas has lots to offer, especially when it comes to delicious allergy-friendly food! During the summer, I drove up to Dallas from Houston to visit extended family and spent some time exploring the city’s food scene. Austin is one of my favorite cities in Texas and definitely one of the most underrated travel destinations in the US! I spend most of my summer in Houston and always have a blast driving up to Austin for weekend trips!
