Please can you recommend me some 'safe' areas to live in London.

I will be living alone so my top priority is that it must be in a safe area. My course will be in Stratford, but I could commute if the place meets my criteria. I'm looking to get a small studio/one bedroom apartment with kitchen, preferably at 250-300 pw. I'm aware rents are getting more expensive so one of my options might be to live right outside London and commute, but I'm not familiar with any of the places, so please recommend me if you know any.

Hi,
My final year LLB results have been "released however they are provisional, once we have confirmation from the external examiners we will be able to produce final results".
How likely are provisional results to change and in which way?
lasked the uni about the timeframe until we receive our real official results and they said they are not sure but "aim to publish them as soon as possible"... which as you can imagine in a time of a lot of anxiety and stress, doesn't really help ..read more

Choosing between KCL and Imperial
Follow

In late 2022 I applied to univerisites to study postgrad taught courses in Theoretical Physics. I was unsuccesful with my application to Imperial College as my Physics degree didn't contain enough Physics credits (I recieved credit transfer as I already had a degree in Mechanical Engineering).
I also applied to and was succesful in my application to both KCL and Queen Mary and chose KCL.
However the admissions tutor at Imperial has emailed me to offer me a place as they've had unusually low acceptance rate ..read more

Absolutely worth studying at Birkbeck though, can't recommend it enough, just don't go there expecting a party every night.

I don't know about LSE, but you would be able to get into the Bsc Econ course at Lancaster University as long as you got 35 points overall, 16 points total in your HLs, and 6 in AIHL. This website shows that Lancaster University accepts AIHL.
