I’ve had my betta for about 7+ months and he’s been the picture of health. However I noticed that he’s been a little less active the past couple days and yesterday he had no interest in eating! Which is verrry abnormal for him (in addition for it being abnormal for bettas). Anyway, he’s been laying at the bottom of the tank and only comes up when he needs air and it seems as tho it’s hard for him to come to the top for that. He also looks pale and stiff. This is my 1 year old betta Orbit. He is a half moon betta recently (past 2 weeks) he’s been laying on the tank floor and not eating as much he still swims but just to lay on another area. I saw his tail started getting smaller these past 6 months and I think it’s due to him fin nipping. He use to be aggressive, now he's pretty friendly to the rest of fish... alot of space to work with aswell... they all eat flakes and he eats pillets so theres no competition for food... pretty cool right ..read more

A month ago I bought 5 betta females. All are ok except one. A crowntail female more precisely. She hasn't eaten for about 5-6 days and I don't know how ok she is.
