Your IP Claim should contain contact details for the rights owner. They should be the first ones you contact.
You may want to start by asking for the basis of their complaint and assuring them that you are taking their complaint seriously. Hopefully their reply will help you see if you really did violate their intellectual property or if the complaint isn’t accurate.

How to get Ungated

If you’re a new seller, it can be overwhelming to hear terms such as “ungating” or “restricted categories”. Sometimes, all you need to know is, what categories can I sell in, as a new seller.
Here’s a list of categories open to all sellers.
Try to focus on those categories first, before getting exploring other categories that are gated for new sellers.
I always recommend starting with the groceries categories first, if you’re looking to get ungated. For this, you can use wholesalers/distributors such as Frontier Coop, Weiners Ltd, or Webstaurantstore.com.

It used to be pretty easy to call Amazon. I’ve been noticing new sellers aren’t able to reach Amazon as easily as before.
So here is a step-by-step guide to help you get in touch with Amazon. I hope that you’ll find it helpful.

Head to your Amazon Seller Central account and click on the inventory tab.
Then click Add a Product from the drop-down menu.
3. Next, copy and paste the ASIN below for the category you would like to get approval in.
4. Then click search.
You will see a prompt to “Request Approval” for the category, after clicking that button one of two things will happen.
