It’s been a long time since I have written to you. Believe me, I have tried but I have had nothing that is until now. It’s been feeling a bit chaotic out there. Have you noticed? There also has been so much “stuff” coming at us, and part of my resistance to write is that I didn’t want to add to more chaos, more information, more stuff unless I felt it 100% valuable to do so. There has been an incredible amount of information, teachings, healings, activations and ideas coming forth at this time. There’s been much happening astrologically and many of us have felt quite whacked out since the equ ..read more

As we enter the festive season, I want to extend my appreciation to the incredible clients I have worked with and for all those that have come to one of my regular meditation events as well as those that I have collaborated with during one of our retreats. It truly is an honour to witness the expansion and being part of our incredible community. This year was very much the theme of creating beyond what has been created before. I too was called to create beyond what I have created before.  I recently followed through on the inspired idea of creating a Community Hero Programme to recognise ..read more

Happy October! I notice that my last newsletter was in August and I make reference to the Mother tree speaking to me and being seen more. Ironically I have just been walking my own land and I just sat with two of our ancient eucalypts which is where the inspiration came to write to you today. You see I had an inquiry. I was wondering why I had done very little marketing and being seen this year and should I be doing more, creating more content and perhaps inspiration for you. my peeps, and should I be working with more, notice the word “should” …..exactly who said I should? My ego of course ..read more

Happy June! Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year? As we reflect on our progress and intentions, let me share with you a magical experience that unfolded during the recent retreat I facilitated at the sacred land of Numagi. Numagi is a place of deep connection — a realm where the spirits of the land, trees, plants, birds, and animals intertwine. It resonates with healing energy and profound wisdom, eager to impart its teachings to those who are open to receiving them. During our retreat, we were lucky to have the guidance of Aunty Babanginy, who led us on a wonderful guided w ..read more

We reap what we sow

Happy Easter to you, I do hope you had a magnificent break and enjoyed plenty of Easter treats. My extra long weekend consisted of prepping the vegetable garden for the winter crops. It got me thinking about the saying, “we reap what we sow”. More on that later.   It’s been a big month with finally selling our Melbourne house, then purging and packing it all up. It was a huge but satisfying job! I’ve also had two Sydney trips to see clients. I attended a retreat north of Sydney which was a very activating and nurturing experience and gave me some fabulous insights for my own retreats tha ..read more

My Ego Cracked the Sh*ts…..

Or perhaps I should title this, “My Dark Night of the Soul”. Let me explain… Creating Beyond What’s Been Created Before is the theme for this coming year and beyond.  Ironically, this is something that has been bugging me since the Creation Retreat that I co-facilitated in September. And I really went into complete paralysis, taking no action, when exactly the opposite was needed. You see, the ego aspect (the limited self) always wants to keep things the same and mine was on high alert, albeit sneakily. It showed up as not having inspiration and every time I went to take action I h ..read more

Do I have Farmer’s Gait?

I had an email from the lovely Justine who helps me with my newsletters and marketing it said “Haven’t seen a blog for a while… Do you have writer’s block? Or farmer’s gait?” Neither of us are sure what farmer’s gait is but it sounds good LOL. The truth is I haven’t had anything much to write about, the inspiration hasn’t been coming to me so maybe perhaps I have been blocked. But what one of my dear friends says when that is the case is to cart water and chop wood. Through doing simple tasks with presence, the inspiration comes. Well I’ve been carting water and chopping wood, so to speak, fo ..read more

Interesting topic for the first one of 2022. How has your year started? Mine started with Garrett and I getting Covid from wonderful socialising on New Years Eve. It was an interesting experience and on reflection we are both quite glad to have experienced a mild case. Fortunately for both of us we recovered after a week with Garrett only experiencing tiredness. And as we were on the farm, we didn’t spread it any further. And no, it didn’t get me thinking about the subject of this blog lol. Whilst I have never had any fear of the lurgy the whole way through this pandemic, I’ve always said we ..read more

Who would have thought?

I just realised that is only 18 months since the world changed and really let’s face it, there’s no going back to the way things were. It certainly has been challenging for many of us, and I am sure there are more challenges ahead, but there is always opportunity in adversity, and it’s really important to keep the focus on what we want, what we would love. So it got me thinking about what has changed for myself personally and positively and I ask you to do the same. Last year I reconnected with my original William Whitecloud work for myself and really got aligned with what I was choosing and ..read more
