flat out, I’m not going to talk about him campaign. Charles said, I’m happy she is corcenned with fixing local streets. All to often I feel politicians speak in absolutes and avoid answering tough questions. Gotcha politics is a poison that leaves a bitter taste in the voters mouth. We need our elected officials to work for us, the voters and the only way we can know if our concerns will be addressed is if the politician answers the questions.Twice during the 60 minute presentation Amanda drew a blank. Her excuse was, it is too early for me to function. When Amanda did speak she spoke intellig ..read more

It depends on the claim type, and which state you are lnviig in. Most states will allow an insurer to drop you, for 2 or more non-catastrophic claims in three years. Each company vareis, and I know there is a bigger push to keep kids on insurance longer, but thats because kids are in college longer. Once they are no longer full time students they can not be on your insurance. I just recently graduated and haven’t gotten a full time job so I have no insurance. My parents insurance would cover me until I was 26 if I was a full time student. Im not aware of any company that would vary from this, but I would contact either a benefit administrator or HR person at your company or with the insurance company directly to get more details ..read more

Technically it’s not a low-ball offer. It’s a policy-limits offer. It just doesn’t hapepn to be enough to cover your damages. The first thing I would do it contact the state department of insurance to see if there are any rules or laws governing how such claims are apportioned to each party. The fairest way to handle such a claim is to take the total amount of everybody’s damages, figure out what % of the total is yours and what % is the other person’s, then apply those percentages to the total amount of the available insurance. There may be no rule about this though and they possibly divided i ..read more
