Curious to see where the Median Sold Price is I ran the numbers for Catalina Foothills homes sold from Jan 1 - March 22 for each of the following years. 2019 151 sold / $470,000 MSP / 56 MDOM 2020 185 sold / $532,000 MSP / 31 MDOM 2021 214 sold / $635,000 MSP / 6 MDOM 2022 168 sold / $765,000 MSP / 6 MDOM 2023 115 sold / $745,000 MSP / 22 MDOM 2024 138 sold / $872,500 MSP / 28 MDOM And not surprisingly the MSP this year is UP 14%  YTD V. 2022 and UP 17% V. 2023.
