Tasmania has been instrumental in the foundations of the Whisky In Isolation business. The first cask, and indeed second cask, were laid down in Tasmania at Hobart Whisky (Devil’s Distillery) and Old Kempton Distillery respectively, while the first release was created in collaboration with Spirit Thief Distilling Co in Hobart. We have been busting to let the cat out of the bag and I am pumped to announce that our 5th cask will actually be our 1st release. We have partnered with up and coming Tasmanian Distillery Spirit Thief Distilling Co. to create a whisky inspired by the classic New York Sour cocktail.
