I'm looking into rooftop tents for my '18 RTLE and there's a plethora of options, but they're all for a bed rack. The tent mounted on top of the cabin would be ideal so I could still use the bed for loading dirt bikes/toys/gear in the back without a height restriction. Maybe I'm trying to get too creative but it would open up a lot of adventure options for me this summer.
I'm thinking a roof rail + rack system could work with a ~120lb tent and ~300lbs of people. Anyone seen or heard of...

I love the extra creature comforts of the Black Edition (BE) and am irritated I can’t combine the trailsport (TS) and BE.
I don’t fully understand what extra off road capabilities the trailsport provides. What is the “special” tuning, mechanical additions, etc.? I’m not looking at going on jeep trails or off roading regularly. But I live on a dirt road, and most the roads around here are dirt (read rugged but not terrible with deep mud ruts some of the year). Theres mountain around, lots of...

We have pretty much decided to buy a Polaris rzr to use around the place and for some irrigation stuff ( maybe some fun too ). We were thinking about getting a windshield, top, and rear window. All the Polaris rzr xp 1000 accessories are pretty pricey and I was wondering if anyone had used some after market accessories? Any other thoughts on stuff that we should put on it? Thanks ..read more

Hi guys,
I own a 2008 RTL (170,000 miles), This thing has been good to me over the years. The purpose of this post is to figure out why my key fob is broken. Some details that might help narrow down the issue: The fob has been broken since I bought the truck a couple years ago, It works briefly when you reset the fob by going through the process of turning the car on and off a bunch of times, the fob has a fresh battery, the fob light glows when you press the button, and none of the other...

I am hoping to go to different areas to take my Ridgeline. What do you use to NOT get lost? Phone APPS? What do you do when there is no cell service? GPS? is there a way to hook it into the Honda infotainment system? In Florida where I live there is a variety of State and National Forests, WMAs, etc. What should I be looking for in tech?
Thanks for your time ..read more

Sorry, I bought a used 07 ridgeline, and I am totally new to 4WD stuff, especially one where the 4WD is computer controlled. I have read posts of some people removing fuses, (I am not sure if they were removing the fuse to the VSA or the fuse that measures tire pressure) but I am at a loss as to what you would gain from removing either fuse. Can someone elaborate on that for me?
Also, I will be looking into skid plates and a lift kit. Nothing huge, just a couple of inches would be fine...

This is a link to the video we have linked in our Images/Video category, but I wanted to also put it here since it shows some good footage of the RL off-road and you get to see it and hear it. Good stuff:

Hey folks,
In pursuing my new adventuring passion, and owning a 2020 RTL, I'm wondering if anyone has ever successfully traversed the Alpine Loop 4x4 trail in Colorado? Seems like the ground clearance is a bit too low for such an endeavor.
Thanks in advance ..read more
