Believe it or not, as a sleep expert and Mom of 3 myself, I get this question A LOT. It is obviously a very personal one, but in today's short & sweet episode, I walk through something many parents of two mull over:
Which transition is typically hardest (0 to 1 kid, 1 to 2 kids, or 2 to 3 kids)
Thinking through timing
My personal take on: long term v short term perspectives, diminishing returns on cost, space and time, why I wanted a 3rd (and am obviously so glad we have one!)
