Come see my latest installation at Shift Gallery in April! The source material for this semi-sculptural construction is roughly 1700 digital art compositions printed on paper and representing nearly five years of work from my Daily Art Habit series. A physical embodiment of a process of sorting and decision-making and influenced by context, it celebrates the ordered chaos of life, growth and change. Opening/First Thursday Art Walk: April 6, 5-8pm Demonstrations: April 8, April 15, April 21, 2-4pm Artist Talk with Flora Ramirez-Bustamante: April 22, 2pm Sh ..read more

Come see my art at Waterstone Gallery in Portland Oregon in February 2023 as part of the group show Shift / Seattle / PDX. I will be there for an artist talk on Sunday, February 19 starting at 11am. The final piece in my Solstice / Equinox series, Equinox (fall), is making its debut at Waterstone. It has a prominent place in the front window, which is great — and a photographic challenge with all the reflections, as you can see in the image above. Waterstone Gallery is located at 124 NW 9th in Portland, OR. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 to 5:30 ..read more

I just finished a new installation called Day by Day by Day for the Shunpike Storefronts program in South Lake Union (Seattle). It was a fun challenge to arrange and pin all this work in a 19-inch-wide space. I accidentally knocked things off the wall more than once! This window is located on the southwest corner of Boren and Harrison streets. Join me for an art walk on July 20, 2022 6-9pm - We'll tour eight window installations in South Lake Union and hear a bit from each artist. See more info about the installation here ..read more

Come join me for opening night, Thursday, March 3, from 5-8 pm, or any Friday or Saturday this month between 11 and 4. The gallery is located at 312 S. Washington Street. Partial i ..read more

Earlier this summer, I was selected by the city of Tukwila (WA) to provide artwork for signal boxes as part of their public art program. I worked with the city and a vinyl printer to wrap three signal boxes with artwork, and I'm really pleased with how they turned out! You can go visit them on the corner of Tukwila International Boulevard and S. 144th Street. I was thinking of this cluster of boxes like a family waiting to cross the street. The public library and pool are nearby, maybe they're heading to one of those places, or a nearby part or restaurant? The wrap artwork for each b ..read more
