To access support information on common issues arising post-launch, there are two easy options:
Get MS Teams, join "Launch 8 Support"
For Connect Care Launch 8, the CMIO will be using Microsoft Teams as a platform to support communication among Trainers, Super Users, resident Super Users, and CMIO staff. A comprehensive "Launch 8 Support Team" has been created and has been populated with Channels for each specialty training track.

Super Users, Medical Informatics Leads and others supporting prescribers for Launch 8 will find the "Connect Care Launch Incident Management Branch" (CCLIMB) shared workspace an invaluable resource. Although many entries relate to operations supports (and the Manual launch support page remains a go-to for prescriber supports), the CCLIMB information is particularly useful for discovering meeting and on-call schedules.

We've previously posted about the current series of Super User Development Sessions offered in the weeks leading up to Connect Care Launch 8 on May 4, 2024.
The last of the series will be integrated into the Super User boot camp that runs Friday May 3, 2024, and is facilitated by Karmon Helmle and David Pincock. The boot camp will focus on launch supports and tools that Super Users can leverage to help Launch 8 users.
