Scamp Replacement Fridge

Good morning! I am looking at a used 13’ Scamp and am very interested in purchasing; however, according to the seller, the fridge needs to be replaced. After speaking with the folks at the Scamp factory, I learned that the 3-way fridges are no longer available for the 13’ (only electric). Does anyone know where I might be able to find a used, but fully functioning 3-way Dometic fridge with the same dimensions as the one previously produced/used in the Scamp 13’? I do not generally camp in locations with hookups, so a propane-powered fridge is a must for me. Thanks so much for any tips or advi ..read more

Newb question - grey tank not draining.

Ok set up for our first trip. Watched enough videos that everything is hooked up fine. Everything is working well except I am unable to drain the grey tank. Sensor reading full, it is likely that there is 30-40 gallons in there. The only thing that has gone into any drain is water and baby formula (mixed with water from leftover bottles). No food or trash has gone down. I got maybe 4-5 gallons out at a low trickle. Nothing else comes out. Also tried running sink with grey tank termination open and no water trickling out. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any insight! 2023 Keystone Passport 295 ..read more

Travel trailer / camper question for you guys, you see that black tee handle valve coming off the water storage tank, first what is it for? I thought it was to drain the storage tank but it’s above the water level, so this always leaves 2” of standing water in the storage tank, second question, how do I completely drain the storage tank? Ps, I have also tried the drain valves under the trailer. submitted by /u/gitaroo04 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I bought a Vevor truck box and mounted it near the tank valve to store all the stinky stuff. Beats keeping it all in totes in the rear storage bin. submitted by /u/gdoebs [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hey, not sure if this is the right page to ask but if not, please guide me. I have a travel trailer (pictured) with the power stabilizing jacks. It feels so bouncy when people walk around. What can I do to help? My current setup is lowering the front tongue jack till even, placing wheel chocks on the tires to prevent back and forth, and dropping the power stabilizing jacks. One of them is slightly bent that’s how the trailer came with it. Anything I can do to help make it better? Should I place pieces of wood or something on the bottom of the jacks? Or something other than wood on the fr ..read more
