The new version of Discourse seems even slower than the old one. I’m investigating moving to a new forum software that will be faster and easier to maintain. I’ll keep working on it this week and let you know how it goes, hopefully on Friday. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

This was one of the first congregations I was introduced to after I was received into the church. The major drawback was that they were in Italy. https://www.oblatedifatima.it/ Blessings, Cloisters 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

Anyone have one of these? I think they were released in 2019 by Catholic Book Publishing Company. I cannot seem to lay my hands on a copy to see if it is orthodox enough in its translation. As well, I cannot locate a site which allows you to examine a sample page. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic ..read more

Gossip and what to do

When people begin to gossip or detract someone else to you, what do you need to do so that you aren’t guilty of a sin? If I were to try to turn the conversation from the negative and say kind things about the person being detracted, am I still guilty of the sin, because I did not explicitly renounce gossip/detraction in that moment? I’m trying to try my best. Any advice would be helpful. 2 posts - 2 participants Read full topic ..read more
