There have been lots of life changes since my last update. Most notably, this spring my husband and I decided to do a little remodel on our east Phoenix home before our baby boy arrives in September. We currently own a property in Tempe that we purchased in 2021. We’ve since made that home a rental and in 2022 purchased our current home in Phoenix.
