The Charlotte metro on average added 111.42 people a day from 2022 to 2023. The U.S. Census Bureau offered its latest population estimates and found that 60% of the counties in the U.S. experienced a positive net migration in that same year. At a state level North Carolina had a daily net migration gain of 347.16 and  South Carolina a gain of 251.65.
