Hi All Must be a good few years since I was last on here but come back because I'm starting to use the Etrac again after using my Deus as the main weapon of mass trash finding. First day out again with the ET was a club dig with a mate I had as a guest. He'd been using my ET then we swopped for the last hour. Three sweeps later and I come up with a lovely Trajan Denarius. TBH Id been considering bringing back the ET for the FBS advantage or perhaps one of the newer Minelab's but either way It'll be getting more use Just a quick nod to Mal who in my early days almost 10 years ago kindly gave ..read more

That the coin is nonferrous only is true but that the iron is ferrous only is a misunderstanding. Iron is highly conductive also but has a magnetic property that makes it possible for detectors ..read more

I have some bad news for 1 or more people that knew him. A mate I detected the beaches for a while and had to give up due to family care issues crossed his last beach yesterday. His name was Terry Huggett and was on here as Goldfinger. The cause of death is not known yet but I have been told and he kept this quiet that he was epileptic. His Wife Sam found him face down in the garden. They had only been married around a year. He was 54 years old. Rest in Peace Terry ..read more
