When I moved into my apartment one year ago with my husband, it was my first time having access to a washer-dryer setup in my home. I was so excited to create a low-waste laundry routine for us. One of my favorite things about summer is the berries at the farmers market. When I tell you they are unlike anything you can get out of season at the grocery store…I mean it. When I first started composting, I was still living at home with my parents. I’ve always wanted to make homemade pasta by hand. There’s something so wonderful and rustic about making it completely from scratch.
