Anyone know where all the bolts are holding on the JRSC supercharger? I’ve removed the the obvious one on the mount and 4 from underneath the car on the intake. Besides the belt I can’t find anything else holding it down but I can’t get it to move at all ..read more

Hey..
I was trying to source a SVT header for a long time, but honestly importing used parts is so much trouble for us that I decided against it.
Only way I could manage it is by getting it coated.. like jethot or similar so it looks new and that is far more than the header itself (I got a quote)
So I found these two, these are new:

Do NOT buy your axles from Detroit!!!
Simply put, they are garbage. My experience with them goes like this:
June 27, 2018 (17:35 PST) - order placed for both CV axles for the SVT (This comes with free shipping, but there is no way to choose any other when purchasing, you have to contact them direct to do expedited, or next day). I followed up with an email to the customer service about shipping as I was in a time crunch to get these to Turbo Tom where my car is...
Stay away from Detroit Axle ..read more

I have come to the Focus Fanatics site many time over the years to view ideas on maintenance, track upgrades and more. Owner of a 2004 SVT for 16 years, one that I now track regularly - see attached photo from Laguna Seca session in Feb 2024. Looking forward to continued support for this terrific car.
Thanks ..read more

So, first post here because i'm at a loss for what to do. My 04 SVT's dipstick tube has rusted to the point that it has holes in it and is leaking oil. I would like to purchase a new one rather than a junkyard one. I've tried everything i can think of but i still can't find one.
Please help me Focus gurus, i'm lost ..read more

I think that I already know the answer that I will receive on this, but can anyone help me with finding a remanufactured complete cylinder head? Or even someone that does complete rebuilds. This is my daughters car, and it threw the timing belt which bent some valves. The pistons all look fine. Any suggestions with a path forward would be appreciated as well.

Ok , so I installed a new LUK clutch kit on my SVT FOCUS. I drove it pretty gently, and after what I would say about 500 miles it is slipping under hard acceleration. I know for a fact there is no slave cylinder leak, nor is there a rear main seal leak. I installed the clutch correctly. I can still drive it around, but would like to at some point have the ability to get on the throttle.
What could be causing this ..read more

So, I just bought some shift cables for my 03 SVT. They seem to be longer and have different connectors, have I ordered the wrong one? They matched a ST170, so I don't understand where I went wrong ..read more

Happy New Year everyone.
Okay, I have an issue with my transmission.
The drivers side inner C/V joint.
It's has so much play that the seal is leaking. Bad.
My question for you all is,
What do I have to do to repair this situation ?
Thanks, John ..read more
