Kindle Paperwhite 2021 Review: is it worth it? (My experience after one month)

I was one of those people that said a Kindle was pointless. I mean, if I had my phone and my iPad, why would I need yet another screen to read what I can already read perfectly well on the aforementioned devices? This thought sat in the back of my head for a few months, as this was the first impression I had when I heard about the existence of Kindles. However, more and more posts about Kindles being this life-changer new acquisition for many people kept popping up on my for you page in TikTok and Instagram, and I couldn’t help but be intrigued all the same on what all the fuss was about. So I ..read more

Hello everyone!  I’m so excited to be bringing you this new post, which is very special to me as being a beta reader has become an important part of my life for the past year and a half. For months I’ve wanted to talk about this topic on the blog, however I was waiting to feel like I had enough experience to give you information that could help you and perhaps motivate you to become a beta reader if that’s what you’d like to do!  I made my best effort to cover all the information I think one needs to know before starting as a beta reader, however if after reading the post you have an ..read more

Hello everyone! Welcome to another blog post. The second one this month! I’m so happy to be blogging more often and I hope that I can keep this going for longer than I did earlier this year. Today I’m bringing you a Book List post! I really like making these posts and I know you’ve liked them in the past, so I’m hoping you like this one too. This time I’m going to be talking about some of the prettiest covers I’ve seen from books that have been released in the first half of this year. Based on my research I’m sure that there are lots of other covers that are beautiful and deserve to be on this ..read more

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a great day while reading this. I am aware that I’ve spent a lot of time without posting anything, but as per usual, life has gotten in the way. I haven’t actively tried to post anything in these past couple months because as I said in my comeback post, I won’t be pressuring myself anymore to stick to a strict posting schedule. This is the best decision I’ve made for myself, and makes my blog more of a safe space for me to take some stress off my shoulders as I originally intended it to be. But I’m rambling now. Today, I’m going to be bringing you a po ..read more

Hello everyone! I can’t believe we’re already in that time of the month in which we look back to everything we did in it. January went by so fast, but I think that we think like that about almost every month. This wrap up to me is very special because is the first one that I do in over a year. It was also the month in which I read the most in a long while, and I’m happy because that means that being back to blogging has motivated me to step up my reading game once again. When I came back, I was scared to not have read wnough books to be able to do a wrap up, fortunately that’s not the case! An ..read more

Taylor Swift songs that remind me of: Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Hello everyone! Today I want to kick off a new section of the blog I came up with a few months ago, when I was still in my year-long hiatus. Taylor Swift is one of my two favorite singers of all time, I have never been able to resonate with someone else’s music as I’ve resonated with hers. I’ve been a swiftie since 2009 and her lyrics are one of the things I adore the most in the whole world. Similarly (and though it’s pretty obvious) I love reading fiction books and diving into many different worlds that aren’t my own, exploring different lives and settings. So the fact that these two passio ..read more

Hey everyone! Today, I’m bringing you my first official post of 2022 and first post after my long hiatus. I want to thank you all for the support on my comeback post. I didn’t expect to get much likes immediately after coming back, but I’ve received over 20 as of now. It may not be much to some but to me it means that you still want to read my content and that fills me with joy. Something you may also have noticed is that the blog looks a little… different it makes me so excited to redesign my blog after two years, and though it’s still a work in progress I’m so happy and excited for this cha ..read more

Hello everyone! Long, long time no see. I don’t want to make a really long post as I’m not sure if you guys even remember me, or if someone is even going to read this post. But it didn’t feel appropriate for me to just pop up out of nowhere after a year long hiatus without addressing why I left for so long. I’ve written this post many times, as I’ve planned to comeback many times throughout 2021, however it wasn’t possible. I’m glad to finally have this post see the light. Why I left… The last post you read from me was my 2020 year wrap up. It was the year I started blogging, I did better tha ..read more

2020 has been… crazy. I don’t know any other way to put it. This year put all our lives upside down, taught us a whole new (less pleasant) way to live, and sadly was the worst year ever for some people. Fortunately I can say that while this year wasn’t the most positive for me, I’m ending it on a way better note than I expected it to, and I’m grateful for that. I don’t want to start my post on a negative note, but there is no way for me to turn a blind eye to what’s been happening in the world during this year. Therefore, I’d like to ask you to please consider helping to the issues or movement ..read more
