Hello all, My situation: my OPT started in 2022, since then I am with the same client. I was working with employer A on OPT. But in March 2023 my h1 got picked with other employer B , so I have transferred my job to employer B. Hello, My H1 Visa is expiring December 2024 , I never travelled to US with the firm that initially sponsored my Visa. However I did an h1 transfer and received approval notice(797) which expires December 2026. Hi Anil, I’m currently with employer ‘A’ in my 6th year of H1-B (maxing out this August) and another employer ‘B’ has filed my PERM last year, before the end of 5th year of H1-B. So, I’ve heard that the employer ‘B’ while initiating my H1-B transfer, can also file for 7th yr extension since my PERM was filed before the 6th year. Is that right? Also, with some new rule, I can request for H4 extn and also the H4 EAD along with this? Is that true? If I do my h1-b transfer (cum extn) in premium, will h4 extn and h4 ead be also taken care of? On Aug 25 2023 we filed a i129 petition for H1B renewal On Jan 25 2024 we received the approval notice (i797C). On jan 30 NOID status was updated in the uscis case tracker. On feb 8 we received a i797 A with i94 extension until 2026 . On march 20 2024 we received a denial letter stating the i129 petition is denied since we didn’t respond to NOID.My attorney says that my employer has not received the NOID notice. My H1B visa expired on Apr 6th 2020. I have submitted docs for visa stamping through dropbox on Mar26th 2024 as I was eligible for interview waiver. My visa status is showing as Application received , case created date April 4th 2024. My question: As I am eligible for dropbox only until April 6th 2024 and my case is still processing (Application recieved).
