Found the Celia Cruz Barbie at Marshall’s today! I’m really happy with her, I wanted to get her when she was released but I completely forgot about her. I love that her nails are painted, too! I apologize the photos aren’t the best. My only issue is that (picture 2) the right side of her hair is coming off a bit. I got her for my mini fashion wardrobe. I wanted a looks doll because they have simple outfits and ankle articulation so their outfits are versatile for restyles. I wanted Heide because i love pink and her leather skirt. I wish they had at least 1 accessory, i would be happy with a plastic purse that doesn't open or just pierced ears. But it's nice they come with stands. It took about a week and a half to arrive. I prefer getting dolls in person for obvious reasons but some you can't. I have a few Barbie’s from my childhood that my mom gifted me but never let me play with them/take them out of the box because she didn’t want the value to decrease. Now that’s been years and years later and I have a child of my own, I was wanting to give them to my child to let her play with them (restore my childhood lol) but there’s that nagging voice that’s telling me to never take them out of the box. I was able to color match 2 out of the 3 Barbies with MTM bodies. The 3rd one....they didn't have a dark enough skin tone for and that really disappointed me so I've replaced her in my cast of characters with an MTM Barbie (the one on the right). All it took was some hot water and a little force and I was in business! ? I wasn't anticipating getting a curvy Barbie so I had no clothes or shoes for her (didn't realize the regular shoes wouldn't for her until I tried to put some shoes on her).
