Hi, Went to the Dr yesterday & he's changed me to 15mg of Mirtazapine a day. To my first tablet last night before bed as instructed as I was warned they could make me sleepy. Whilst there seems to be less side effects then the other ad's I've been on I feel really strange today. Dizzy & a bit disorientated. Strange almost electric jolts going through me. well this is day 2 of non stop panic...i dont know how im going to get through the wait before the trip...let alone the trip its self....im going to ask spike if we can get another refill on the zanx before the trip....if we can maybe i can take some zanx every couple of days ? iv had a migrine for the last 2 days despite having just gotten my bowtox shots at least im pain free for the moment.... spikes made all the arragements for hotols and such so theres no backing out now....not that i... First post here, I am here to be apart of a supportive group. I am fine going to work and going home. Fear kicks in when I need to go places even if they are a few blocks away from my house. The fear then turns into panic attacks when I am in the car. I don’t drive anymore because of the panic attacks. I am currently on lexapro but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything to help this. I am wondering if anyone here has the same issue as me and have any coping strategies. A bit of background: I had a couple of panic attacks as a teenager, but after I moved in with my ex many years ago, I had panic attacks so bad I could barely leave the house. I was calling my mom every other night at 3am bawling because I thought I was having a heart attack or felt I could not breathe. Hi all, I'm here desperately seeking answers after having honestly experienced the most terrifying thing in my life. I started having chest pains, pain in my left arm and a feeling of fainting 3 weeks ago. This was preceded by heart palpitations. I went to hospital, they did loads of tests but found nothing.
