Can I ask if anyone had a longer than usual LH surge, the cycle after miscarriage? I'm CD21 and I believe I ovulated yesterday. I usually ovulate on CD15, but until CD16 I still returned positive pregnancy tests. CD18 my OPK was negative (fairly strong, but negative). CD19 I got positive OPK's. I returned home after a long-haul flight and had experienced mild cramping and feeling general 'stuff' happening down there. I had some mild nausea, and just generally didn't feel great. I arrived home, was utterly exhausted and slept most of the day. This is really just me venting as I have nobody else to speak to. Our friends today have just announced they're having a baby, they're due a week after I should have been. I can't stop crying. I have eight confirmed miscarriages and at least two suspected additional miscarriages. I've never carried to term. I haven't been able to conceive since 2011 and have had several doctors tell me that it is extremely unlikely I would ever be able to conceive again. 16 months after our last miscarriage we finally conceived after our HSG test only for it to end in another MC. Started on Saturday with brown clumpy discharge and loss of symptoms as well as clear blue being stuck on 2-3 for 11 days. Had a scan yesterday which showed a small 3mm black hole in my uterus with nothing in it. I bled substantially all last night, red and clots. I started spotting yesterday. My boyfriend and I went to the ER, he wasn't allowed in due to covid restrictions. I had no cramping at that time. Vaginal exam, blood work, vaginal ultrasound...I started bleeding more after the exam and was not allowed to see the ultrasound.
