Many advertising lawyers claim to take bicycle injury cases. Some legal practices with large advertising budgets simply throw a wide marketing net out on the web to capture clients. It’s usually only a few who have extensive experience with bicycle accident cases at all. The majority of their clients are mostly car crash cases. If you look at most ads, you’ll see how broad their net is: dog bites and animal attacks; workplace liability accidents (slip and fall, negligent security issues); broken or defective staircases; product defect injuries, medical malpractice, whiplash; nursing home ab ..read more

Being involved in a bike crash can be traumatic physically, emotionally, and financially. But if it happens to you, here are some important recommendations to follow in the immediate aftermath. What to Do at the Scene of a Bicycle Accident If you’re seriously injured, it may not be possible for you to do much of anything about investigating what happened. A lawyer who does not specialize in bicycle injury cases may have no clue regarding the special issues carbon frames present after they have been involved in a collision. A lawyer who mostly deals with car crash victims wouldn’t necessarily understand about the safety concerns with a carbon frame hitting the pavement at 15 or 18 mph, leaving no apparent frame damage. The majority of bicycle shops, however, understand such a carbon frame probably needs to be replaced even if they show no obvious evidence of damage after a collision.
