I was out and have been doing well with Crappie, but the Yellow Perch seem non-existent again this year. Mostly have fished the Occoquan and Aquia the few times I have made it out. I wonder if the Perch fishing will ever rebound in the area ..read more

4th of July crappie fishing

Man it was cold this morning. My guides were freezing up, my fingers were freezing. I had to stop around 9:00 am. with 12 crappie in the bucket. Only small yellow perch at the marina.
