Hi All I have a new TomTom superior and am unable to get live traffic working . I have been in contact with TomTom support who haven’t been helpful at all . I have had this problem for over 10 days with no resolution. I have performed endless device resets , but they’re now suggesting there is an issue with connecting to my phone , which as I keep telling them I’m not using the mobile app, I just want to use the in car device . For info. I bought a Vertix Raptor-i motorcycle helmet intercom to use with a TomTom Go sat nav on my motorcycle. There are several places in southern Missouri and Northern AK that have signs in the business places and hotels that warn of inaccurate gps operation. I can say the sign is right. If you rely on gps to find the address you enter,you will be taken several miles out of your way and never end up at the address you entered. Hello and help! I have a limited time to purchase a car GPS and find out if it works and become familiar with it. I had 2 Magellans fail immediately so I thought to change brands.
