This quick and simple puffed rice protein slice is the perfect snack to whip up when you're in a hurry and craving a tasty treat.
Steps
Melt the sweetener and peanut butter in a pan until well combined. Add a pinch of salt if your PB is unsalted.
Pour in the puffed rice and stir
Transfer and press down into a silicon tray
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave (stirring every 30s)
Pour over the base and place in the freezer to set.

These overnight oats are super creamy and oh-so zesty. Loaded with protein using our Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein, this is the perfect post-workout treat.
Steps
Oats Mix:
Add yoghurt, maple syrup/ or honey and cream cheese to a bowl and mix. Add in milk and oats, protein, chia seeds & lemon juice & zest, mix until combined. Let sit and thicken for 5 mins or so. Adjust milk if needed. The chia seeds will soak up liquid as time goes on. Divide half the oat mixture between two.

There is no baking required with these babies! They are free of gluten, dairy and refined sugars and jam packed with protein using our Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Plant Protein!

Blitz your oats into coarse flour and then pulse all the remaining ingredients in a food processor until a soft dough forms. If the mixture appears dry and crumbly, add another TBS of almond milk.
