Steps
Pre-heat oven to 180c
In a blender of food processor add dry ingredients and blend. Then add wet (minus chocolate) and blend until well processed.
Add chopped chocolate (reserve some for topping) and mix well, then divide into the oven safe bowls

If you are looking for some nutritious and delicious snacks to get you through the week..then you need to try these protein balls!
Steps
Add all ingredients (except chocolate and crushed nuts) into a bowl and mix well, using your hands to form a dough.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes so they roll better into balls

This overnight Weetbix recipe can be meal-prepped, making your mornings easy and DELISH! ?

Combine weetbix and milk in a container.

Steps
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain off the water.
Place all ingredients into a food Processor and blend until the mix is nicely incorporated. If the mix holds when pinched together it is ready for rolling. If not add a tablespoon of water and mix again until the mix holds together.
