Miami home sales fell a whopping 13% last month, as compared to May 2017 sales. Condo sales declined by 17.4% in May as compared to sales during the same period a year ago. There were 2,373 single-family home closings, and 1,143 condo closings. The good news is that luxury home sales (properties priced for $1 million and more) increased by 24.1% in May as compared to the same period in 2017. May saw 196 luxury home closings.
