The heated gear works great! Bar mitts or Pogies works good too. The neoprene is windproof and with the heated glove liners my hands were actually a little too warm on anything higher than level one. Good or bad is that once they are placed on the bar they do not move, so if you want to change your hand position you have to remove your hand from the mitt. Not that big a deal and i would suspect would be the same issue no matter what bar mitt you install. Pogies / bar mitts came in yesterday. 4mm neoprene with soft lining. Easy install with velcro. Easy to get hands in and out and have direct contact with the bar. I was even able to put my PTT inside ..read more

I saw the ones from North Wing in an 11 year old video, but I’m not sure if they still sell them, and they are closed this month so I haven’t been able to contact them and see. They look like they would be good ones, and they even have battery heat.
